Business listings may require admin review before they become visible or eligible for leads. Submission of a listing does not guarantee approval, visibility, rank or lead allocation.
2. Admin Rights
KB-MART may approve, reject, edit, correct, hide, pause or suspend listings to protect platform quality, users, business owners and legal compliance.
3. KYC and Business Proof
KB-MART may request owner identity, business proof, PAN, GST, Udyam, address proof, category proof, shop photos or other documents. Failure to provide valid proof may affect approval, verification or listing benefits.
4. Verification Badge Disclaimer
A verification badge means KB-MART reviewed certain submitted information or documents. It is not a guarantee of product quality, service quality, pricing, delivery, legal compliance, financial reliability or customer satisfaction.
5. Rejection or Suspension Reasons
- Fake, duplicate, inactive or misleading business information.
- Incomplete KYC, invalid proof or mismatch in owner/business details.
- Illegal services, prohibited goods, wrong category or misleading claims.
- Poor-quality image, copyrighted content, offensive content or spam-like listing details.
- Misuse of customer leads, repeated complaints or violation of KB-MART policies.
