By accessing or using Kumawat Business Mart / KB-MART, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on the platform.
2. About KB-MART
KB-MART is a Kumawat Samaj business listing and lead connection platform where business owners can list their businesses and customers can search by category, city, pincode, services and related filters.
3. Platform Role
KB-MART only connects users and business owners. KB-MART is not the direct seller, service provider, manufacturer, distributor, delivery partner, billing party or GST issuer for listed businesses.
4. Business Owner Responsibilities
- Provide true, complete and updated business, owner, contact, product, service, price and location information.
- Upload only lawful content, genuine images and documents that the business has permission to use.
- Respond to leads responsibly and avoid spam, harassment, misleading claims or misuse of customer data.
- Handle quotations, invoices, GST, delivery, service quality, warranties, returns and customer disputes directly.
5. User / Customer Responsibilities
- Submit genuine inquiries and correct contact details.
- Verify business details, pricing, quality, GST, delivery, licenses and payment terms before purchasing or making payments.
- Use the platform lawfully and do not submit abusive, false or harmful content.
6. Listing Approval, Rejection and Verification
All listings may be reviewed by KB-MART. The platform may approve, reject, edit, hide or suspend listings at its discretion. A verification badge only indicates that certain submitted details or documents were reviewed; it is not a guarantee of product quality, service quality, legal compliance, financial standing or customer satisfaction.
7. Free, Paid, Sponsored, Banner and Coin-Based Plans
KB-MART may offer Free, Basic, Premium, Sponsored, Banner and Coin-based plans. Benefits, limits, pricing, duration, renewal rules, lead eligibility, rank visibility and display slots may vary by plan and may change from time to time.
8. Ranking, Visibility and Lead System
Listing visibility and lead sharing may depend on plan level, category, city, pincode, rank, sponsored status, verification status, response activity, availability, customer selection and platform rules. KB-MART does not guarantee any fixed position, impression, click, lead, conversion, sale or revenue.
9. Coins / Wallet Usage
Coins or wallet balances may be used only for eligible platform services as shown in the account. Promotional, gift or referral coins have no cash value and may be subject to expiry, reversal or usage restrictions.
10. Payment and Advertisement Terms
Paid plans, banners and sponsored placements are activated only after successful payment and admin approval where required. Banner bookings are subject to slot, date, city, category, subcategory, sort order and approval availability.
11. Prohibited Content and Services
Fake businesses, duplicate listings, illegal services, misleading discounts, offensive content, copyrighted material without permission, poor-quality images, harmful claims and any content that violates Indian law or platform rules are prohibited.
12. Intellectual Property
KB-MART branding, design, software, content structure and platform materials belong to KB-MART or its licensors. Business owners remain responsible for rights in the logos, photos and materials they upload.
13. Limitation of Liability
KB-MART is not liable for product quality, service quality, billing, GST, delivery, warranty, payment disputes, business-customer disputes, loss of data, loss of profit or indirect damages arising from platform use.
14. Suspension and Changes
KB-MART may suspend accounts or listings for policy violations, misuse, false information, non-payment or legal risk. These terms may be updated when required, and continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable law, courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction over disputes connected with KB-MART.
