1. General Rule
Paid plans, sponsored listings, banner bookings and activated platform services are generally non-refundable after activation because visibility, listing benefits, lead eligibility or digital services may begin immediately.
2. Refund May Be Considered
- Duplicate payment for the same service.
- Technical payment failure where money was debited but service was not processed.
- Wrong amount charged due to a confirmed platform or payment error.
- Paid plan not activated after successful payment.
- Admin rejection before plan, listing or banner activation.
3. No Refund Cases
No refund is provided for no leads, no conversion, low response, change of mind, incorrect details submitted by the business owner, policy violation, account/listing suspension, expired plans, used services or completed banner display periods.
4. Coins and Wallet
Gift, referral, promotional or bonus coins are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. Purchased coin usage may be subject to plan-specific rules shown at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7-15 working days to the original payment method or another method approved by KB-MART, depending on payment gateway and bank timelines.
6. Refund Request
To request a refund review, contact KB-MART with payment proof, registered mobile number, business name, plan or banner details and the issue summary.
