Lead / Inquiry Sharing Policy

This policy explains how customer inquiries are shared with businesses on KB-MART and what responsibilities apply to businesses receiving leads.

This policy is for Kumawat Business Mart / KB-MART. It should be read together with the other legal policies available on this website.

1. How Leads May Be Shared

Leads may be shared based on category, city, pincode, selected business, plan level, ranking, sponsored status, verification status, response activity, business availability and platform distribution rules.

2. Selected Business Inquiries

When a customer sends an inquiry to a specific business, the inquiry is first shared with that selected business. If the business does not respond within the applicable exclusive window, KB-MART may share the lead with other relevant businesses to help the customer receive a response.

3. Customer Consent

By submitting an inquiry, the customer agrees that their name, mobile number, email address, city, pincode, requirement and related inquiry details may be shared with the selected business and/or relevant businesses.

4. No Conversion Guarantee

KB-MART does not guarantee lead quality, response, conversion, sale, payment, repeat order or revenue. Final communication and transaction decisions remain between the customer and business.

5. Business Data Usage Rules

Businesses must use customer data only to respond to the relevant inquiry. Businesses must not sell, rent, misuse, spam, harass, share or store customer data beyond lawful and reasonable business communication.
