KB-MART may collect owner name, mobile, email, city, pincode, business details, address, category, services, products, photos, documents, KYC/business proof, PAN, GST, Udyam details, plan data, wallet or coin data, lead activity and payment references.
3. Purpose of Collection
- To create and manage user accounts, business listings, verification, plans and wallet services.
- To show relevant businesses by category, city, pincode, service, rank and sponsored status.
- To process inquiries, distribute leads, send notifications and support customer-business communication.
- To prevent fraud, misuse, duplicate listings, spam and policy violations.
4. Lead Sharing Consent
When a customer submits an inquiry, the customer agrees that inquiry details and contact information may be shared with the selected business and/or relevant businesses based on KB-MART rules, including category, city, pincode, plan, rank, sponsored status and response activity.
5. Sharing with Service Providers
Information may be shared with listed businesses, payment gateway providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, email/SMS/WhatsApp providers, technical vendors, legal authorities or professional advisors where needed for platform operation, compliance, security or dispute handling.

Data may be retained while an account, listing, lead, transaction, plan, dispute, legal requirement or business purpose remains active. Some records may be kept after account closure where required for accounting, security, compliance or dispute resolution.
